Overview

Instructure is seeking a Lead HR Manager to oversee Compliance, Benefits, and Leave of Absence operations in a global environment. This role requires strong expertise in HR compliance and benefits administration.

You are a highly organized and experienced HR Shared Services Manager with a strong background in HR compliance and benefits administration. You have a proven track record of managing audits and driving process improvements, ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of complex HR transactions. Your leadership skills enable you to confidently guide your team while maintaining strict compliance with all applicable employment laws. You understand the importance of delivering exceptional service to employees and business partners, and you thrive in a global environment where you can amplify the power of people to grow and succeed.
