You'll work closely with clients and delivery teams, leveraging your expertise in AI and software development best practices. This role requires significant experience in technical advisory and team leadership.
You have extensive experience in software development and technical leadership, ideally with a focus on AI-first software delivery. Your background includes hands-on coding and architectural design, allowing you to guide teams effectively while maintaining a strategic vision. You excel in fostering high-performing teams and have a proven track record of establishing trusted advisor relationships with clients. You are adept at adopting best practices such as writing clean and reusable code, utilizing TDD, and implementing design patterns. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders sets you apart as a leader in your field.
Experience with large-scale technical programs and a deep understanding of AI's potential to enhance software delivery will be beneficial. Familiarity with agile methodologies and a passion for continuous learning are also highly valued.
