You have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in paintless dent repair (PDR) and are skilled in advanced glue-pulling techniques, hail repair, and repairing creases and body lines on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels. You are detail-oriented and take pride in delivering high-quality repairs that meet industry standards. Your experience has equipped you with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on safety and quality. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with others to achieve common goals and contribute to a positive work environment. You are also open to continuous learning and development, as you understand the importance of staying updated with the latest techniques and tools in the automotive repair industry.
As an Experienced Paintless Dent Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing high-quality repairs on vehicles using state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers. You will utilize your expertise in PDR to repair various types of dents, ensuring that the vehicle panels are restored to their original condition. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and company policies. Your role will involve collaborating with other technicians and team members to ensure that all repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
