As the Senior Counsel of Business & Legal Affairs, you will work closely with Roku’s Legal and cross-functional teams, advising on a wide variety of employment-related matters. You will be responsible for providing legal guidance on employee relations, compliance with labor laws, and the development of company policies. Your role will involve drafting and reviewing employment agreements, conducting legal research, and ensuring that the company adheres to all relevant regulations. You will also play a key role in training and educating internal teams on legal compliance and best practices in employment law. Your contributions will help shape the company’s approach to employment matters and support its mission to connect consumers to the content they love.
Roku offers a competitive salary range of $230,000 - $260,000 for this position, reflecting the importance of the role within the organization. You will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, with in-office requirements from Monday to Thursday.
