You have a proven track record as an Engineering Manager, leading teams of engineers to deliver robust solutions across the entire technology stack. With experience in managing teams of up to 12 engineers, you excel in guiding and enhancing the professional growth of your team members, including those at the staff and senior staff levels. You possess a strong technical background, particularly in areas such as Go, DevOps tooling, and cloud infrastructure, which allows you to effectively support your team in their development efforts.

Your leadership style is collaborative, and you thrive in cross-functional environments where you can work closely with product, UX, and engineering teams. You understand the importance of building resilient, reliable, and scalable systems, and you are passionate about ensuring the health and performance of the products your team develops. What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for the Orchestration & Automation team at Celonis, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of resilient systems that enhance productivity. You will lead a team of engineers, providing guidance and support as they work on various projects that span the entire technology stack, from backend to frontend. Your role will involve collaborating with product and UX teams to ensure that the solutions your team delivers meet user needs and business objectives.

You will be actively involved in the technical aspects of your team's work, contributing to software development and maintenance while also ensuring that best practices are followed. You will facilitate regular team meetings, conduct performance reviews, and support your team members in their professional development. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a positive team culture that encourages innovation and collaboration.

In addition to team management, you will also play a key role in shaping the technical direction of the Orchestration & Automation team. You will work closely with the Platform and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) organizations to ensure that the systems your team develops are reliable and scalable. You will be responsible for monitoring the health of the products and ensuring that they perform optimally in production environments.
