Anthropic is seeking a Customer Activation Manager to lead enterprise AI transformation for clients. You'll guide organizations through the initial stages of deploying AI solutions, ensuring they achieve significant innovation. This role requires strong project management skills and a systems-thinking approach.
You have a proven track record in customer success or project management, ideally within the technology or AI sectors — your experience has equipped you with the ability to guide clients through complex transformations and ensure they achieve meaningful outcomes. You possess strong analytical skills and a systems-thinking mindset, allowing you to identify patterns and develop scalable methodologies that can be applied across diverse customer environments. Your communication skills are exceptional, enabling you to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders and convey complex concepts in an accessible manner. You are adaptable and thrive in dynamic environments, where you can design frameworks and processes that drive customer success. You understand the importance of innovation strategy and hands-on execution, and you are passionate about helping organizations unlock transformative use cases with AI.
Experience in enterprise software or AI solutions is a plus, as is familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. A background in change management or organizational development would also be beneficial, as you will be responsible for pioneering activation methodologies that can be replicated across multiple clients.
In this role, you will be the architect of enterprise AI transformation, owning the critical first 90 days of customer engagement. You will guide organizations from contract signature to production deployment, ensuring they achieve breakthrough innovation rather than simply incremental improvements. Your responsibilities will include designing frameworks and repeatable processes that can be deployed consistently across diverse customer environments. You will operate at the intersection of innovation strategy and hands-on execution, directly shaping how we activate enterprise customers. By identifying patterns across customer activations, you will build replicable approaches to organizational change while maintaining the agility to adapt to each client's unique needs. Your project management rigor will ensure that every customer achieves meaningful outcomes within their first 90 days, fundamentally changing how they work and compete in their respective markets.
