You have a strong background in customer success engineering, ideally with experience in digital adoption platforms or similar technologies. You understand the importance of maximizing customer value and have a knack for analyzing reports to anticipate customer needs. Your proactive approach enables you to engage effectively with clients, ensuring they derive the most benefit from the solutions provided. You are comfortable working in a collaborative environment, bridging the gap between product capabilities and business outcomes. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to serve as a trusted advisor to customers while also being hands-on in implementing solutions. You are driven by customer satisfaction and are always looking for ways to enhance the user experience.

What you'll do
