Overview

Dialpad is seeking a Customer Success Manager for Enterprise Accounts to assist customers throughout their journey with Dialpad products. You'll collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product teams to ensure customer success and retention.

You have a strong background in customer success management, ideally with experience in enterprise accounts. You understand the importance of customer relationships and are driven to ensure that clients derive maximum value from their investments. Your traits include being scrappy, curious, optimistic, persistent, and empathetic — qualities that align with Dialpad's mission to elevate every conversation. You thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to work closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer success.

Desirable

Experience in a technology or SaaS environment is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-driven customer communication platforms. You are comfortable navigating complex customer needs and can adapt your approach to meet diverse requirements. A proactive mindset and a willingness to learn and grow within the role will set you apart.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in guiding enterprise customers through their entire journey with Dialpad. This includes onboarding new clients, providing ongoing support, and ensuring they achieve measurable success with the platform. You will collaborate with Sales to identify opportunities for upselling and renewals, working closely with Support to address any issues that arise. Your goal is to foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their experience.

You will also engage with the Product team to relay customer feedback and advocate for enhancements that will improve the user experience. By analyzing customer usage data, you will identify trends and proactively reach out to clients to offer assistance or additional resources. Your efforts will directly contribute to customer retention and satisfaction, making you an integral part of Dialpad's success.
