Overview

Elastic is seeking a Senior Manager, Campaigns to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns. You'll collaborate with various teams to enhance Elastic Security's market presence. This role requires a data-driven approach and strong communication skills.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in managing integrated marketing campaigns, ideally within the technology or security sectors. With over 5 years of experience, you understand how to create compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences. Your operational mindset allows you to translate complex ideas into actionable strategies that drive measurable results. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Brand, and Sales, to ensure alignment and effectiveness in campaign execution. You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to leverage data to inform decisions and optimize campaign performance. You are adept at understanding buyer journeys and can craft messages that speak directly to the needs of security practitioners and decision-makers.

Desirable

Experience in the cybersecurity industry or familiarity with security products will be a plus. A background in data analysis or marketing technology platforms can enhance your ability to drive campaign success.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Global Integrated Campaigns team, focusing on designing and delivering high-impact marketing initiatives that elevate Elastic Security's visibility in the market. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to develop full-funnel campaign experiences that are rooted in strong messaging and insights into the buyer journey. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the execution of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring they are aligned with overall marketing strategies and business objectives. You will analyze campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments as needed. Additionally, you will play a key role in influencing the marketing strategy by providing insights based on campaign outcomes and market trends.
