What you'll do

In this pivotal role, you will own the foundation of the PagerDuty Operations Cloud, acting as a key technical product leader across several development teams. You will define the platform strategy, evolve the product roadmap, and guide execution to ensure that the platform meets the needs of both internal application development teams and external customers. You will work closely with sophisticated customers who require high levels of configurability, scalability, and security in managing real-time work across their tool stack. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with engineering teams to create leverage for product development, ensuring that the platform supports rapid application development and integration with other tools. You will also be responsible for gathering customer feedback and translating it into actionable product improvements, driving the vision of a world where AI-augmented software developers can build and ship applications faster and more reliably.
