You have a strong background in building successful products and experiences, with at least 5 years of experience in engineering management. You are passionate about leading engineers to solve challenging problems while developing empathetic partnerships with other teams to understand their use-cases and unlock new capabilities. You care deeply about mentorship and growing engineers, fostering a healthy and inclusive work environment that is both challenging and supportive.
