You have at least 1 year of professional customer service experience, ideally in a call center, tech support, or client-facing role. As a Customer Service Representative at Hibu, you will be the first point of contact for clients and sales representatives. Your primary responsibility will be to answer calls and emails, gathering details to understand and diagnose client issues. You will troubleshoot problems, make updates, and ensure that clients' online presence is optimized. You will also participate in 5 weeks of paid training to equip you with the necessary tools and knowledge to excel in your role. Your contributions will directly impact the success of small businesses as you help them navigate Hibu's suite of digital marketing solutions.
Hibu offers a competitive starting salary of $17.00 per hour, along with a quarterly performance bonus of up to $4,000 annually.
