What you'll do

As the Senior Director of Product Design at Chime, you will lead and mentor a talented team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration. You will define and drive the product design vision, ensuring that all mobile experiences are visually appealing and intuitive for users. You will partner closely with product and engineering teams to develop innovative solutions that prioritize the needs of our members. Your role will involve overseeing the end-to-end design execution, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity visuals and production-ready assets. You will champion a human-centered design approach, leveraging data and user insights to drive decisions and ensure consistency in design language across all products. You will advocate for the importance of design in driving product success and work to elevate the design standards within the organization.
