Verkada is seeking a Sales Recruiter to manage the full recruiting cycle for Associate Account Executives. You'll partner with sales leadership to source and close top talent in Salt Lake City.
You have experience in recruiting, ideally within sales, and understand the nuances of sourcing and closing candidates for sales roles. You are skilled at building relationships with hiring managers and can effectively communicate the value of the organization to potential candidates. You prioritize providing an exceptional candidate experience and are adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You are a strategic thinker who can creatively source passive candidates and generate referrals through your network. You are comfortable presenting to candidates and can articulate the benefits of joining Verkada.
As a Sales Recruiter at Verkada, you will own the full recruiting cycle for our Associate Account Executive program, from sourcing candidates to closing offers. You will partner closely with our AAE Sales Leadership team to understand their hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. You will creatively source passive candidates and leverage your network to generate referrals. You will manage the interview scheduling process and ensure a smooth experience for candidates throughout the hiring process. You will also develop relationships with Sales leadership to collaborate on candidate selection and provide insights on market trends.
