Carvana is seeking an Entry-Level Automotive Technician to perform light maintenance and repairs, including brake and tire services. This role requires a minimum of 1 year of professional automotive repair experience and offers competitive wages and benefits.
You have at least 1 year of professional automotive repair experience and are eager to join a fast-growing company in the automotive retail space. As an Automotive Technician, you are comfortable performing light maintenance and repairs, including changing brakes and tires. You understand the importance of routine inspections and maintenance, and you are ready to work with state-of-the-art tools in a high-tech environment. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and are willing to work mandatory overtime when needed to meet business demands.
While not required, any additional certifications or training in automotive repair will be a plus. You are open to learning and growing your skills through training programs offered by Carvana, which will help you progress in your career.
As a Brake & Tire Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing light maintenance and repairs on vehicles. This includes changing brake pads, calipers, rotors, and tires, as well as conducting wheel alignments. You will work in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, utilizing advanced tools and technology to ensure that vehicles meet our high standards before they are delivered to customers. Your role will involve routine inspections and maintenance to keep vehicles in optimal condition, contributing to the overall customer satisfaction that Carvana is known for.
You will also participate in training programs designed to enhance your skills and knowledge in automotive repair. This will not only help you perform your job more effectively but also prepare you for potential advancement within the company. You will be part of a collaborative team that values communication and teamwork, ensuring that all vehicles are serviced efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
