You possess deep expertise in planning and scheduling, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Your leadership skills enable you to manage and mentor a team of development managers, fostering their growth and success in executing complex development projects.
You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with senior leadership and functional leads to develop and implement effective business strategies and operational policies. Your ability to identify issues and opportunities early in the development process allows you to navigate challenges effectively, ensuring the successful execution of new store openings, refreshes, and other capital construction projects.
