Who you are

You have a strong background in internal communications, with experience in managing communication platforms and tools. You understand the importance of governance frameworks and best practices, ensuring that information is accessible and up-to-date for all employees. Your collaborative nature allows you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, and Legal, to promote effective communication strategies. You are data-driven, using metrics to measure the effectiveness of communication efforts and identify areas for improvement. You thrive in a hybrid workplace, valuing both in-person collaboration and remote work flexibility. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational skills, enabling you to maintain a clean and accurate companywide intranet.

Desirable

Experience with advanced communication tools and platforms is a plus. Familiarity with data analysis to drive communication strategies will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will define and enforce governance frameworks for internal communication platforms, ensuring that all standards are upheld across the organization. You will lead efforts to maintain a clean and accurate companywide intranet, making it easy for employees to find the information they need. You will establish and promote companywide standards for internal documentation, including naming conventions and update cadences. Convening and leading a cross-functional stakeholder council will be part of your responsibilities, as you champion communications best practices and address team-specific needs. You will also develop new tools and optimize existing ones to support companywide communication objectives, ensuring that all employees are informed and engaged. Your role will involve using data from various systems to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
