Pathward is seeking an Account Executive II to manage a portfolio of accounts and ensure compliance with financial standards. This role requires strong relationship management skills and a focus on financial inclusion.
You have experience in account management, ideally within the financial services sector, where you've developed a keen understanding of client relationships and financial products. You are dedicated to promoting financial inclusion and understand the importance of responsible lending practices. You thrive in a hybrid work environment and are comfortable managing relationships remotely while also being available for onsite meetings when necessary. You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to assess client financial conditions and industry trends effectively. You are proactive in taking actions that minimize client losses and ensure compliance with corporate standards. You are a team player who values collaboration and embraces diverse perspectives to drive success.
In this role, you will manage all aspects of an assigned portfolio of accounts, ensuring that relationships meet corporate standards for risk, profitability, and compliance. You will be responsible for maintaining a complete and current knowledge of each client’s financial condition and management performance. You will take timely actions to minimize client losses and ensure that all advances and loans comply with established policies. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that financial controls are adhered to and that clients receive high-quality service. You will also be expected to contribute to the overall strategy of the company by identifying opportunities for financial empowerment and inclusion.
