AvePoint is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to identify and qualify sales leads while managing the full sales cycle. This role requires a consultative sales mentality and offers the opportunity to work with award-winning software solutions in a rapidly growing industry.
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the technology sector, and are skilled at identifying and qualifying leads. Your consultative sales approach allows you to effectively pitch software solutions to medium-sized enterprises, and you thrive in a competitive environment where you can manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. You are comfortable engaging with Chief Technology Officers, Engineering and IT leaders, and technical end-users, demonstrating your ability to communicate complex solutions clearly and effectively.

As a Mid-Market Account Executive at AvePoint, you will be responsible for sourcing and closing net new logos, strategically prospecting into key decision-makers within medium-sized enterprises. You will manage the entire sales process, from initial outreach to final negotiations, ensuring that you provide a consultative approach that meets the unique needs of each client. Your role will involve collaborating with internal teams to leverage resources and support your sales efforts, enabling you to effectively pitch AvePoint's award-winning software solutions.
You will engage with Chief Technology Officers and Engineering/IT leaders, understanding their challenges and demonstrating how AvePoint's solutions can help them achieve their goals. Your ability to build strong relationships will be crucial as you work to establish trust and credibility with potential clients. You will also be expected to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings, allowing you to position AvePoint effectively in the marketplace.
