Gympass is hiring a Tech Lead Frontend Software Engineer to drive technical excellence and mentor engineers in building a scalable platform for workplace wellness. You'll work with JavaScript and React in a remote position based in Brazil.
You have a strong background in frontend development with at least 5 years of experience, particularly in building scalable applications. Your expertise in JavaScript and React allows you to create dynamic user interfaces that enhance user experience. You are passionate about mentoring and guiding other engineers, helping them grow their skills and confidence in their work. You understand the importance of technical excellence and are committed to maintaining high standards in code quality and architecture. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
