What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of cross-functional programs, from strategy development through delivery. You will define program objectives and analyze data to drive improvements using metrics and KPIs. Partnering with business leaders and engineering teams, you will prioritize projects and allocate resources effectively to meet organizational goals.

You will develop and implement KPI reporting for program portfolios, providing visibility into milestones and performance. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include reviewing dashboards and metrics that track the transportation network's performance, ensuring that all initiatives align with Amazon's strategic objectives. You will also create, communicate, and manage project budgets, ensuring that resources are utilized efficiently.
