A day in the life
Being a Network Planning Analyst for Amazon involves solving lots of complex challenges. You’ll spend time resolving temporary issues and looking at the bigger picture to drive Amazon towards achieving new objectives. This role is dynamic, and you’ll have the opportunity to help forecast and plan for new projects. As a Network Planning Analyst, no two days will be the same. About the team
Global Logistics is a team of highly experienced logistics professionals, carrier specialists, and program managers focused on improving the speed and reliability of Amazon’s cross-border logistics capabilities.
The team is responsible for executing the timely movement of freight from global manufacturing hubs cross-border into Amazon’s international marketplaces for Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) sellers and Retail direct import vendors. Leveraging the capabilities of world-class logistics providers and internal Amazon supply chain solutions, Global Logistics increases selection and lowers cost for our customers.
Work hard, have fun, and make history at Global Logistics!- Experience in program or project management
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
- Knowledge of SQL
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
