Curri is seeking a Senior Talent Partner, Go-to-Market to lead recruiting for their revenue-generating teams. You'll collaborate with executive leaders to enhance hiring processes and attract top talent. This role requires significant experience in in-house recruiting.
You are an experienced in-house recruiter with a strong background in talent acquisition, particularly within go-to-market teams. You thrive in high-growth environments and have a proven track record of scaling recruiting efforts effectively. Your ability to partner with executive leaders and hiring managers is key to your success, as you design and operationalize hiring processes that attract top-tier talent. You understand the nuances of recruiting for sales, account management, and revenue operations roles, and you are adept at identifying the right candidates who align with Curri's mission and values.
In this role, you will own and scale the recruiting efforts for Curri's revenue-generating teams. You will lead end-to-end go-to-market recruiting, ensuring that the hiring processes are efficient and effective. Collaborating closely with executive leaders and hiring managers, you will design and improve the hiring strategies that align with the company's growth objectives. You will play a critical role in shaping Curri's talent strategy, focusing on building a strong foundation for hiring that consistently attracts and closes top talent.
