What you'll do

As an AI Engineer at Skyryse, you will be responsible for designing and developing the SkyOS AI assistant, focusing on enhancing user experience and product functionality. You will conduct cutting-edge research in generative AI and NLP, contributing to the development of new features that improve the overall performance of our flight management solutions. Your role will involve designing new agent architectures to optimize AI workflows and enhance throughput.

You will execute data engineering tasks to curate data for LLM pre-training and fine-tuning, ensuring that our AI applications are robust and effective. You will also design, run, and evaluate experiments to improve LLMs on various NLP benchmarks, contributing to the continuous improvement of our AI capabilities. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will help develop roadmaps that integrate generative AI and knowledge retrieval into our products, making flight safer and more accessible.
