Your experience includes engaging with clients to understand their big data challenges and providing tailored solutions using the Databricks platform. You possess excellent communication skills and are adept at delivering high-quality customer service. You are familiar with data engineering and data science principles, and you have a solid understanding of cloud technologies. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Experience with data integration and migration projects is a plus. Familiarity with various cloud platforms and big data tools will enhance your ability to deliver impactful solutions. As a Big Data Solutions Architect, you will work closely with clients on short to medium-term engagements, helping them navigate their big data challenges. You will collaborate with engagement managers to scope professional services work, ensuring that projects align with customer needs and specifications. Your role will involve guiding strategic customers through the implementation of transformational big data projects, including end-to-end design, build, and deployment of industry-leading big data and AI applications. You will also provide escalated support for customer operational issues, working alongside the Databricks technical team to ensure successful project delivery.
