You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and are passionate about delivering exceptional service. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy engaging with customers to ensure their satisfaction. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to connect with diverse individuals and address their needs effectively. You are adaptable and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet the demands of the role. You understand the importance of teamwork and are eager to collaborate with colleagues to create a positive customer experience.

Desirable

Experience in the automotive industry is a plus, but not required. A background in customer service or sales can also be beneficial. You are familiar with performance-based incentives and are motivated by the opportunity to grow your earnings through hard work and dedication.

What you'll do

As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate at Carvana, you will be the face of the company, delivering happiness to customers during their car-buying journey. You will engage with customers on the driveway, ensuring they have a seamless experience from start to finish. Your role will involve answering questions, providing information about vehicles, and assisting with any concerns that may arise. You will also participate in community events, helping to reintroduce happiness into the car-buying process. Your commitment to customer satisfaction will be key in building lasting relationships and enhancing Carvana's reputation as a leader in the automotive retail space.

What we offer

Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $17/hr, with opportunities for growth based on performance. You can expect regular merit increases, allowing you to progress from $17/hr to $19/hr within your first year.
