Overview

Waymo is seeking a Service Quality Manager, Training Specialist to design and implement training programs for their autonomous driving technology. This role requires collaboration with the training team and a focus on technician and workshop management curriculum development.

You have a strong background in operations management, ideally with experience in training and development within a technical environment. Your ability to design comprehensive training programs will be key in enhancing the skills of technicians and ensuring high service quality. You understand the importance of hands-on skills assessments and are adept at leveraging training outcomes to improve processes.
