You have a strong background in conversational design, with experience in creating engaging and effective user interactions. In this role, you will define and implement best-practice AI conversational design across key product work-streams at Skyscanner. Collaborating with the Content Design team, you will analyze performance metrics to continuously improve the effectiveness of conversational interfaces. You will stay on top of emerging trends in conversational and generative AI, bringing fresh thinking and innovative ideas into your designs. Your work will directly impact how Skyscanner interacts with millions of travelers, making their planning experience seamless and enjoyable. You will also engage in prototyping and user testing, gathering feedback to iterate on your designs and enhance user satisfaction.
