Formlabs is seeking a GTM Strategy & Insights Lead to optimize revenue performance and deliver strategic insights. You'll work with SQL and data analysis to shape go-to-market strategies. This role requires 1-3 years of experience in consulting or data analysis.
You have 1-3 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, financial analytics, sales/revenue operations, or data analysis — you've developed a strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis, enabling you to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and can effectively communicate your findings to senior leaders in Sales and Services. Your analytical mindset allows you to tackle high-priority business challenges and deliver actionable recommendations that drive growth. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy partnering with various departments to operationalize reporting improvements and streamline decision-making processes. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for building data pipelines and automated processes that enhance efficiency and empower users.
Experience in a fast-paced tech environment is a plus, as is familiarity with go-to-market strategies and revenue optimization techniques. A background in financial analytics or sales operations will help you excel in this role, as will any experience with dashboard creation and data visualization tools.
As the GTM Strategy & Insights Lead at Formlabs, you will join the Customer Strategy & Operations team and play a pivotal role in shaping our go-to-market strategy. You will act as the go-to expert for go-to-market data, analyzing orders, products, and cases to provide strategic insights that inform decision-making. Your responsibilities will include building data pipelines and automated processes to power self-service dashboards for over 250 users, ensuring that stakeholders have access to the information they need to make informed decisions. You will partner cross-functionally with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to tackle high-priority business challenges and optimize revenue performance. Your insights will directly influence our growth strategy and help drive the success of our innovative 3D printing technology.
At Formlabs, we offer a competitive compensation package that includes base pay and equity in the form of RSUs. Your financial investment will grow with us in accordance with your impact. The annual base pay range for this role is $100,000—$175,000 USD, depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and expected impact on the organization.
