Job Description

In short, Skello is a workforce management solution for shift based workplaces that enables teams to tackle the hassle of complex scheduling. For managers, Skello optimizes work organization by helping them to make the best decisions in managing their staff costs. For employees, our tool facilitates easy and open communication and simplifies daily life.

Skello’s ambition is to be the number one solution for shifted work teams in Europe. To achieve this, Skello raised a €40M Series B round of financing from expert funds in the field (Partech, Aglaé Ventures & XAnge) in order to bring ever more value to our clients through new features and to open up new markets, beyond our historic industries such as hospitality, retail and health.

To sustain our momentum, we are doubling down on inbound excellence: combining content, performance, SEO, and specifically AI & Automation to scale efficiently.

This is not a "coffee-run" internship. You will be working directly with our Growth Team to manage substantial budgets and build the acquisition machine of tomorrow. We are looking for someone who wants to learn fast, execute faster, and crack the code of modern growth.

What you will do

You will have real responsibilities from Day 1.
Your goal is to drive qualified leads (MQLs) and revenue.

Run High-Budget Campaigns: You will help manage and optimize complex campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta for our European markets (France, Spain, Italy).
AI & Automation Pioneer: You won’t just use AI to write emails. You will leverage LLMs and automation tools (Zapier, n8n, Make) to scale content creation, personalize ads, and build faster workflows.
Data-Driven Optimization: You will dive deep into HubSpot and Looker to analyze conversion funnels, track CPL/CAC, and identify where we are winning and where we are losing.
Creative Testing: You will constantly A/B test new ad creatives, landing pages, and hooks to improve performance. Speed of execution is key here.

Who we are looking for
We are looking for potential and mindset over a long CV. You are the right fit if:

Education: End-of-studies (Master 2) from a Top Business School or Engineering School.
AI & Tech Obsessed: You are constantly testing new AI tools. You understand the power of automation and you are not afraid to get your hands dirty with tools like Cursor, Antigravity, N8N or Make/Zapier.
Fast Executor: You believe that "done is better than perfect." You iterate quickly and learn from your mistakes.
Analytical Mindset: You are comfortable with Excel/GSheet and love finding the story behind the numbers.
Hungry to Learn: You have a "growth mindset." You are proactive, curious, and you don’t wait for instructions to solve a problem.
Languages: Fluent in English and French. A third European language is a plus.
Bonus: You have a previous internship in a fast-paced startup, scale-up, or a growth agency.
