What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of workplace services, ensuring that all aspects of the office environment are well-managed. You will coordinate meeting room bookings, manage pantry supplies, and organize employee lunch programs. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining health and safety standards within the office, ensuring compliance with relevant procedures. You will develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure that all workplace needs are met efficiently. Additionally, you will support the Elastician community by fostering a welcoming and engaging workplace culture.
