Catawiki is seeking a Key Account Manager for the Benelux market to drive GMV growth from existing sellers. You'll work closely with the sales team and coach other account managers. This role requires experience in account management and sales expertise.
You have a proven track record in account management, ideally with experience in the e-commerce or collectibles sector. Your ability to build strong relationships with key clients is complemented by your strategic thinking and sales acumen. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to share your knowledge with others, helping to elevate the performance of your team. Experience in the Benelux market is a plus, as is familiarity with auction platforms or collectibles. You have a strong understanding of sales metrics and are comfortable using data to inform your strategies. A background in coaching or mentoring junior team members would be beneficial, as you will play a key role in guiding others.
As a Key Account Manager at Catawiki, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key accounts in the Benelux region. You will report directly to the Team Lead and Sales Director, contributing to the overall success of the Collectables Supercluster Sales team.
