Overview

Catawiki is seeking a Key Account Manager for the Benelux market to drive GMV growth from existing sellers. You'll work closely with the sales team and coach other account managers. This role requires experience in account management and sales expertise.

You have a proven track record in account management, ideally with experience in the e-commerce or collectibles sector. Your ability to build strong relationships with key clients is complemented by your strategic thinking and sales acumen. Desirable

Experience in the Benelux market is a plus, as is familiarity with auction platforms or collectibles. You have a strong understanding of sales metrics and are comfortable using data to inform your strategies. A background in coaching or mentoring junior team members would be beneficial, as you will play a key role in guiding others.

What you'll do

As a Key Account Manager at Catawiki, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key accounts in the Benelux region. You will work closely with the sales team to develop strategies that drive growth and enhance the customer experience. Your role will involve analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and implementing initiatives that increase GMV from existing sellers. You will also provide coaching and support to other account managers, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their targets. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential as you work to align sales efforts with broader company goals. You will report directly to the Team Lead and Sales Director, contributing to the overall success of the Collectables Supercluster Sales team.
