Block is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Manager to lead relationships with large multi-location food and beverage organizations. You'll shape how Square delivers value to enterprise clients. This role requires experience in account management and strategic partnerships.
You have a proven track record in account management, particularly with enterprise-level clients, and understand the complexities of managing relationships with large organizations. Your experience spans various industries, with a focus on food and beverage, hospitality, or similar sectors. You excel in building strong partnerships and have a knack for identifying opportunities that drive value for both the client and the company. You are adept at navigating complex organizational structures and can effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Your analytical skills allow you to assess client needs and tailor solutions that align with their business goals. You are a strategic thinker who can balance immediate client demands with long-term relationship building.
Experience in the payments or financial services industry is a plus, as is familiarity with omnichannel solutions. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and can leverage internal resources to enhance client satisfaction. A background in technology or software solutions will help you understand the products and services Square offers, enabling you to provide informed recommendations to clients.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Square's most impactful enterprise clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and challenges, developing tailored solutions that drive their success.
