You are a Customer Success Specialist with a strong background in customer engagement and a passion for education technology. You understand the importance of driving measurable outcomes for customers and have experience in operational efficiency. You bring together deep product expertise and industry insight to help customers maximize their use of D2L’s Brightspace platform. You are a strategic partner who thrives on building relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. You have a proactive approach to problem-solving and are dedicated to helping customers achieve their goals. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing customer needs. You believe in the transformative power of education and are excited to be part of a company that is modernizing the learning experience.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer success by ensuring that clients effectively utilize the Brightspace platform. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their learning environments. You will analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, helping clients achieve their desired outcomes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer challenges and advocate for their needs within the organization. You will conduct training sessions and workshops to empower customers and ensure they are getting the most out of the platform.
