You have a strong background in industrial engineering and program management, with a focus on digital manufacturing and factory efficiency. You bring expertise in modeling and evaluating discrete process simulations, and you are proficient in using CAD/CAM software to design plant layouts and build 3D models. Your experience includes designing, developing, and installing plant control systems, and you have a keen eye for investigating process ergonomics to identify and solve issues. You are skilled in calculating production costs and metrics, ensuring optimal resource utilization, and implementing lean methodologies to enhance factory efficiency. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with designers, researchers, and engineering consultants to drive improvements.
In this role, you will lead initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and operational efficiency at Apple’s manufacturing facilities. You will model and evaluate discrete process simulations to identify areas for improvement and design plant layouts using CAD/CAM software.
