Kong is seeking a GTM Recruiter to drive the hiring strategy for critical roles within their sales organization. You'll partner with GTM leaders to identify elite talent and ensure candidates meet high standards. This role requires strong sourcing and stakeholder partnership skills.
You have experience in recruitment, particularly in sourcing and headhunting top talent for sales organizations. You understand the importance of aligning hiring strategies with business goals and can effectively communicate the value of the company to potential candidates. You are comfortable conducting deep-dive competency interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the roles.
You possess a strategic mindset and can partner with leadership to define what success looks like for each role. You are data-driven and can provide real-time market insights to hiring managers, ensuring that the recruitment process is efficient and effective. You are adaptable and open to learning, recognizing that not every candidate will meet every requirement but valuing potential and capability.
Experience in a fast-growing tech company or a background in sales recruitment would be advantageous. Familiarity with MEDDIC or similar sales methodologies can enhance your ability to assess candidates effectively.
As a GTM Recruiter at Kong, you will own the hiring strategy for critical roles within the CRO organization.
