Who you are

You have a strong background in data analysis with proven experience in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. Your expertise in data quality and catalog management is complemented by your ability to ensure business continuity throughout migration processes. You thrive in collaborative environments, working with cross-functional teams to drive successful data transformation and integration. Your analytical skills allow you to document current database structures and business processes effectively, informing migration strategies. You are detail-oriented and have experience defining and validating business requirements, particularly in Snowflake implementations within Azure. Proficiency in English enables you to communicate effectively with stakeholders across various regions.

Desirable

Experience with Python and data transformation processes is a plus, as is familiarity with data governance and compliance standards. You are comfortable performing exploratory data analysis (EDA) and have a knack for developing and implementing data validation and cleansing processes. Your teamwork skills shine when collaborating with stakeholders from data, applications, infrastructure, and business areas.

What you'll do

In this role, you will analyze and document current database structures and data models to inform the migration strategy. You will define and validate business requirements for the Snowflake implementation in Azure, ensuring that all necessary data mapping documentation is created and maintained. Collaborating closely with technical teams, you will implement proper data quality checks in the migration pipeline. Your responsibilities will also include designing and executing testing plans to validate data accuracy and integrity post-migration. You will create reports and dashboards to monitor migration progress and data quality metrics, partnering with data governance teams to ensure compliance with data policies and standards.
