Verkada is seeking a Junior Recruiter to partner with the Lead G&A Recruiter and leadership team to source and recruit talented professionals. This role requires strong collaboration skills and a proactive approach to talent acquisition.
You are a motivated individual eager to start your career in recruitment, ideally with some experience in sourcing and recruiting talent. You understand the importance of building relationships and are excited to collaborate with executive teams to enhance the hiring process. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to present compelling narratives about the organization to potential candidates. You are detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple requisitions across various functions including accounting, strategic finance, corporate development, real estate/workplace, and legal. You are passionate about contributing to a fast-growing company and are ready to take on the challenges that come with it.
Experience with recruitment platforms and tools is a plus, as is familiarity with the industries relevant to the roles you will be recruiting for. A background in human resources or a related field can also be beneficial, but is not required. You are open to learning and adapting to the fast-paced environment of a rapidly growing company.
In this role, you will partner closely with the Lead G&A Recruiter and the CFO to develop effective recruitment strategies that align with the company's growth objectives. You will actively source candidates using various platforms, ensuring a diverse and talented pool of applicants. You will manage the full cycle recruiting process, from initial outreach to closing candidates, ensuring a positive experience for all applicants. You will collaborate with the G&A Recruiting Coordinator to streamline processes and improve efficiency in hiring. Your role will involve making compelling presentations to candidates about Verkada and its mission, helping to attract top talent to the organization. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and metrics related to recruitment efforts, providing insights to the leadership team on hiring trends and candidate feedback.
