What you'll do

As the Warehouse Operations Team Lead, you will oversee all logistics and warehouse operations for Nebius AI's data center infrastructure in New Jersey. You will manage a team of Logistics Team Leads, ensuring consistency and scalability in logistics processes across multiple sites. Your responsibilities will include defining and implementing regional logistics policies, standards, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support the company's expansion efforts. You will coordinate site-level execution and ensure that all operations meet the highest standards of performance and compliance. Analyzing performance metrics will be a key part of your role, allowing you to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency.

You will also be responsible for strategic planning, where you will align logistics operations with the company's growth objectives. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the logistics team, encouraging innovation and initiative among team members. You will collaborate closely with other departments to ensure that logistics operations support overall business goals and contribute to the success of Nebius AI's mission in the AI cloud infrastructure space.
