Navan is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive sales in new markets. You'll leverage your experience in strategic sales cycles and work closely with C-level executives. This role requires 8+ years of sales experience and offers a competitive salary range of $240,000—$300,000.
You have over 8 years of experience in enterprise sales, demonstrating a proven track record of sourcing, engaging, and closing your own pipeline. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing strategic sales cycles, particularly in selling to C-level executives at large global companies. Your ability to navigate complex sales processes and overcome objections from deeply ingrained legacy systems sets you apart. You are familiar with consumption-based selling models and have successfully developed enterprise account plans using methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
You understand the importance of selling business value to finance and business stakeholders, utilizing ROI and BVA models rather than merely competing on features and functions. Your experience with prospecting tools like Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Outreach has equipped you with the skills to maximize your outreach efforts effectively. You are a self-motivated individual who enjoys breaking into new lucrative markets and contributing to a rapidly growing team.
Experience in a high-growth environment is a plus, as is familiarity with the travel or expense management industry. You are comfortable working with data and analytics to inform your sales strategies and decisions. A background in managing large accounts and understanding market demands will further enhance your candidacy.
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Navan, you will proactively identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline of net new logos to exceed quarterly targets. You will develop and execute an Enterprise Account Plan, leveraging your sales methodologies to drive success. Your focus will be on selling business value to finance and business stakeholders, ensuring that you articulate the ROI and BVA models effectively.
You will manage all sales activities and monthly revenue forecasting using Salesforce, ensuring that you maintain accurate records and insights into your sales pipeline.
