You have a proven track record in sales management, ideally with experience in account development or business development. You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy the challenges that come with rapid growth. Your passion for coaching and developing others is evident, and you have a deep understanding of inbound and outbound sales prospecting across various segments. You are committed to improving the processes of prospecting and lead generation, ensuring your team is equipped to succeed.

Desirable

Experience in the Internet of Things (IoT) industry or related fields is a plus. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics will help you drive performance and efficiency within your team. You are adaptable and open to learning new strategies that can enhance your team's effectiveness.
