Job Description

Join our dynamic retail team where you'll partner with leading brands to optimize their presence on Amazon. You'll drive product selection, improve catalog quality, and ensure optimal inventory levels while serving as the primary point of contact for brand partners. This role offers an exciting opportunity to impact both business growth and customer satisfaction through strategic brand partnerships.

Key job responsibilities
Drive product selection strategy by analyzing catalog gaps and implementing expansion plans
Collaborate with brands to optimize their product content, including images, descriptions, and technical specifications
Manage inventory planning and availability to ensure consistent product accessibility
Partner with operations teams to resolve inbound challenges and maintain smooth supply chain processes
Lead resolution of escalations related to catalog, inventory, operations, and payments
Execute brand participation in strategic Amazon programs and initiatives

A day in the life
In this role, you'll start your day reviewing key metrics across your brand portfolio, identifying opportunities for improvement. You'll connect with brand partners to discuss their business performance and collaborate on growth strategies. Throughout the day, you'll work cross-functionally with operations teams to resolve inventory challenges and with catalog teams to enhance product presentations.- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of experience in account management, project management, or retail buying
- Demonstrated experience with data analysis using Excel- Experience in e-commerce or online retail operations
- Knowledge of retail analytics tools and metrics
- Strong problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision making experience
- Experience with SQL or other database query languages
- Track record of managing multiple stakeholder relationships
- Experience in inventory management or supply chain operations
