Yext is seeking an Enablement Manager II to develop and deliver onboarding and continuous enablement programs for Customer Success Managers. This role requires strong collaboration and communication skills to ensure CSMs have the necessary tools and knowledge to drive customer outcomes.
You have a proven track record in enablement or training roles, ideally within a technology or SaaS environment. Your experience includes developing and executing training programs that enhance team performance and customer satisfaction. You possess strong collaboration skills, enabling you to work effectively across various teams including Customer Success, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Sales, and Support. You are adept at managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the process. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to influence and engage others without direct authority. You are detail-oriented and organized, capable of juggling multiple projects while maintaining a focus on quality and outcomes.
Experience in customer success or a related field is a plus. Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies to measure the effectiveness of training programs would be beneficial. A background in content creation or instructional design can enhance your ability to build engaging training materials.
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of enablement projects, starting with needs assessments to identify skill gaps among Customer Success Managers. You will create and deliver training content that is engaging and effective, ensuring that CSMs are equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to drive customer success. You will collaborate closely with Enablement leadership to align training initiatives with broader company strategies and objectives. Your role will involve measuring the impact of training programs through data analysis and feedback, allowing for continuous improvement. You will also facilitate workshops and training sessions, fostering an environment of learning and development within the team. Additionally, you will act as a liaison between various departments to ensure that the enablement programs are comprehensive and meet the needs of all stakeholders.
