Marqeta is seeking a Demand Generation Director to lead their global demand generation function. You'll architect strategies to attract and convert enterprise prospects, utilizing skills in paid media and conversion optimization. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution experience.
You have over 5 years of experience in demand generation, with a proven track record of building high-performing global demand engines. Your strategic thinking is complemented by hands-on execution experience, allowing you to thrive in fast-paced environments. You excel in optimizing the customer journey and have a strong command of paid media and conversion rate optimization. You are a natural leader, capable of managing a team of demand generation, events, and digital experts while aligning closely with sales and marketing teams.
Your experience includes developing integrated demand generation strategies across various channels, segments, and regions, ensuring alignment with company growth targets. You understand the importance of data-backed recommendations and are skilled at influencing go-to-market strategies. You are adept at architecting demand engines that span paid media, web, content distribution, events, and account-based marketing programs.
You have experience with advanced analytics tools and methodologies, which help you drive disciplined experimentation across channels. Your ability to improve qualification and conversion rates is complemented by your instinct for creating personalized and relevant prospect experiences.
