You have a strong background in talent acquisition, ideally with experience in a fast-paced environment where you’ve successfully managed end-to-end recruitment processes. You bring a collaborative spirit and are motivated by the mission of building a diverse and talented workforce. Your expertise in sourcing and engaging candidates is complemented by your ability to assess talent effectively, ensuring a great fit for both the candidate and the organization. You are comfortable using data to inform your decisions and continuously improve recruitment strategies. In this role, you will lead the recruitment efforts for various positions across the organization, working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. You will utilize your sourcing skills to identify and engage potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events. You will manage the candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive journey for all applicants. Additionally, you will collaborate with the HR team to enhance employer branding and promote Airwallex as an employer of choice. You will also analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to optimize the hiring process.
