Partner Development Manager, AWS Partnership

Who you are

You have a strong background in partner development and relationship management, ideally with experience in the enterprise software industry. You possess excellent organizational skills and can efficiently manage multiple tasks in ambiguous situations. Your ability to influence results through data-driven analyses sets you apart, and you are comfortable engaging with executives and sales teams. A Bachelor's Degree is required, and an MBA or advanced degree is preferred. You are willing to travel as needed to foster partnerships and drive business growth.

Experience in the payments industry is a plus, as is a track record of building partnerships with hyperscalers. You thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to contribute to a team that is focused on driving revenue through strategic alliances.

What you'll do

As a Partner Development Manager at Stripe, you will report to the Global Alliances and Channels leadership and work closely with various teams to enhance Stripe's partner journey. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with executives and sales teams at both Stripe and AWS. You will negotiate and close strategic partnerships that support the acceleration of Stripe's business globally. Additionally, you will execute Stripe's global partner programs, which include partner marketing, enablement, and co-selling initiatives. Your role will involve driving partner participation and engagement, ensuring that both Stripe and AWS benefit from the collaboration.

You will build broad relationships across partner, sales, marketing, and product functions at AWS, creating an organization map that aligns with Stripe's team structure. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth of Stripe's business and the success of its partnerships. You will also be responsible for tracking the effectiveness of partnerships and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
