Amazon is hiring an ICQA Process Assistant to manage daily operations and mentor associates in the fulfillment center. This role focuses on ensuring quality and safety in the outbound process. No specific technical skills are required for this entry-level position.

You have a keen eye for detail and are committed to maintaining high standards of quality and safety in your work. You enjoy mentoring others and guiding them towards achieving their best performance. You are organized and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively, ensuring that operations run smoothly.
In this role, you will be responsible for the daily management of your shift, which includes administrative tasks related to associate management. You will allocate jobs to associates and monitor their productivity, quality, and safety. Your role will involve problem-solving and addressing any queues that arise during operations. You will also be responsible for maintaining shift quality and implementing action plans as necessary. Training and development plans for associates will be a key part of your responsibilities, ensuring that they are equipped to meet customer expectations. Daily audits, such as 4M and 5S, will be conducted to ensure that workstations are maintained to the highest standards. Additionally, you will stand in for the Area Manager when required, playing a crucial role in the fulfillment center's operations.
