In this role, you will lead the recruitment process for various positions within the GTM and Corporate teams at Airwallex. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies. You will source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, ensuring a diverse pool of applicants. You will conduct interviews and assessments, providing feedback to candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
You will also be responsible for managing the candidate experience, ensuring that all candidates receive timely communication and feedback. You will track recruitment metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the hiring process. Additionally, you will collaborate with the broader HR team to support initiatives related to employer branding and talent engagement.
