SalesLoft is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to shape go-to-market messaging for their Sales Engagement Platform. You'll leverage your B2B SaaS experience to drive market positioning and support sales efforts. This role requires strong storytelling skills and a deep understanding of product marketing.
You have 5+ years of experience in product marketing, particularly with B2B SaaS products, and you know how to craft compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences. Your background includes a strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and the ability to position products effectively against competitors. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales and product teams to ensure alignment and success in market initiatives. You are data-driven, using insights to inform your marketing strategies and decisions. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to various stakeholders. You are passionate about technology and understand the nuances of the revenue landscape, particularly how AI can enhance decision-making processes.
Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus, as is familiarity with predictive revenue systems or similar technologies. A background in sales enablement or customer engagement strategies would also be beneficial, allowing you to contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
In this role, you will be a key member of the Product and Solution Marketing team, responsible for shaping the messaging and positioning of the Sales Engagement Platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing strategies that amplify the product's story and drive customer engagement. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting market research to identify trends and customer needs, developing marketing collateral, and creating content that highlights the product's value proposition. You will also work closely with the sales team to equip them with the necessary tools and resources to effectively communicate the product's benefits to potential customers. Additionally, you will analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies based on performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
SalesLoft provides a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $98,000 to $168,000 USD, along with performance bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
