Overview

Traackr is hiring a Demand Generation Manager to own the strategy and execution of integrated programs that generate pipeline and revenue. You'll work with Google Analytics, Email Marketing, and Lead Generation strategies. This position requires experience in managing demand generation initiatives across various channels.

Who you are

You have a strong background in demand generation with at least 5 years of experience in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive revenue growth. You understand the nuances of integrated marketing programs and can balance global consistency with regional customization. Your expertise in data-driven decision-making allows you to optimize campaigns effectively, ensuring that every marketing dollar spent contributes to the bottom line.

You are skilled in utilizing various marketing channels, including paid media, email marketing, and account-based marketing, to generate leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel. Your experience with lead generation tactics has equipped you with the ability to identify and engage target audiences effectively. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve common goals.

You are a proactive problem solver who takes ownership of your projects and is not afraid to experiment with new ideas. You have a keen eye for detail and can analyze campaign performance metrics to derive actionable insights. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to articulate strategies and results to stakeholders clearly.

Desirable

Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus, as is familiarity with influencer marketing strategies. You are comfortable working in a remote-first environment and are adaptable to changing market conditions and audience needs.

What you'll do

As the Demand Generation Manager at Traackr, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue across key regions, including the US and EMEA. You will take ownership of existing go-to-market programs and scale demand through various channels, including paid media, email/nurture campaigns, account-based marketing, and events.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing initiatives align with sales objectives and resonate with target audiences. Your role will involve analyzing campaign performance data to optimize strategies and improve ROI continually. You will also be responsible for managing budgets and ensuring that marketing spend is allocated effectively across channels.

In addition to executing campaigns, you will lead efforts to enhance brand awareness and engagement through innovative marketing tactics. You will work closely with the content team to create compelling messaging that speaks to the needs of your audience. Your ability to leverage data and insights will be crucial in refining strategies and achieving measurable results.
